
Dinner two nights ago in Boston: corn and onion mashed potatoes & portobello patty “burger” with avocado. I way overcooked and sent the leftovers to Tara and Tiff’s place.
In the 11 months we’ve been dating, Patrick’s stove and oven have been used more times than in the four years he’d been living in his apartment sans blogger squatter (that would be me). He actually once said while I was making roasted potatoes that he didn’t realize you could just “put things” in the oven. Apparently, heat was not a big part of his former cooking regimen.
