Blogging from Logan International. This is the weather I’ll be enjoying for the next few days in Los Angeles, where I’m returning to celebrate the Lunar New Year (at mother’s request). Patrick joins me, sans puppy dog, on Thursday, and we head to San Francisco for three days the following Monday.
For comparative purposes, it is eight degrees in Boston right now. EIGHT DEGREES. When I looked it up on Weather.com, I thought I had accidentally set the website to celsius. Nope, it really is that unreasonably cold.
