Robb and Robin Wirthlin’s Story (via ProtectMarriage.com)
“No longer is it okay to disagree. If you disagree with a particular lifestyle or behavior, you are now wrong, you are now bigoted. It’s no longer a difference of opinion. You are wrong.”
Um … yeah. You ARE wrong. The idea of there always being “two sides” to one issue is an illogical and largely American mindset.
Lena, does your vision or position include the possibility that you may be wrong or is that off of the table?
It’s absolutely possible that I’m wrong about some things. And if someone disagrees with me, I would never use “there are two sides to the story” or “all opinions are valid” as an argument. In a culture of tolerance for all viewpoints, we’ve forgotten that there are many things that have no-brainer, right answers.
Lena, who gets to decide which things have the no-brainer right answers and who gets to decide what the right answers are?
Logic.
