Missing Button Tip!
I lose stuff ALL the time, so even when I catch a button before it falls off, I rarely put in a place where I can locate it again. (I know, I should work on this, shouldn’t I?) Here’s a little tip for all you scatter-brained fashionistas: Etsy, an online marketplace for handmade and vintage goodies, also carries tons of crafting supplies, including BUTTONS!
And they come in all kinds of colors, shapes, and forms. Today, I was searching for a green fabric-covered button for a fairly unique-looking coat I picked up in Berlin, and voila, Etsy came up with seven or eight options that would fit perfectly.
Trust me. Try it. And that concludes my public service announcement.
