Places I Wish I Could Be: Tulum, Mexico!
Above photo was taken in March 2010 when I was recovering from thesis writing by spending spring break ingesting ripe mangoes, fresh guac, and lots of sunshine (could use a bit of all three right about now). There are a ton of all-inclusive resorts along the Riviera Maya but I personally liked the seclusion of Tulum … If you ever visit, you’ve got to eat at the restaurant El Tábano (no website, you have to show up and check for hours). My mouth waters at the very memory!
