On yesterday’s 40th anniversary of Stonewall, I celebrated appropriately by joining the Pride march festivities in the West Village. It only took me a half-hour train ride and half-hour search on foot to find the parade route. Obviously, I’m directionally impaired.
The colorful little number I’m wearing is a newly purchased $50 dress from the sample sale at Yumi Kim. I’m usually into a clingier/skankier fit but my friends assured me that this dress would not make me look like I was pregnant. (There are also really cute flowers along the gathered bottom that aren’t quite visible in this photo.)
