Pan-fried salmon in honey black bean sauce:
For a single serving of a 5 oz. salmon fillet, make a sauce out of 1/4 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 1/2 tsp honey, and 1/4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee black bean garlic sauce (or substitute soy sauce). Mix and set aside.
Pan fry salmon fillet for 5 minutes, turning halfway through until nearly cooked.
Pour sauce mixture over salmon and bring to boil. Add 2 tbsp vegetable broth. Sprinkle strips of spring onion (scallion). Let bubble for 1-2 minutes until onions are heated through.
