My favorite breakfast here in Germany: a roll covered in chive cream cheese with cherry tomatoes. I never eat cream cheese in America, unless I’m making Oreo “truffle balls” (not as dirty as they sound), but this farmer’s market variety with chives is delish. Why haven’t I encountered anything similar in the States?
