Should I buy this dress or not? I saw it at Buffalo Exchange in U-District this afternoon, but Kennedy and I couldn’t decide if it made me look like a candy striper and/or clown. “An adorable clown,” she said. But a clown nonetheless.

(For any locals who want to beat me to it, the dress costs $32 and the detachable belt is included. It’s a size small with a stretchy back and is made by a LA label I’ve never heard of called Freeway.)
