I covered the How2Heroes anniversary party last night for MenuPages Boston and met some awesome people, including the very fun and friendly girls of We Are Not Martha (think: Martha Stewart if she were a twentysomething Bostonian). I also ran into my editor for 3 Buck Bites, Christine Liu, for whom this was just the first foodie event of an overbooked evening.
I wish I could’ve stayed for all the cooking demos (especially since Patrick just lugged home a bunch of spices from his Egypt trip), but alas, I had a formal to attend. Luckily, there are tons of instructional videos on the website, and they’re surprisingly unintimidating, even for the amateur chef.
